Why does my order take 3–5 business days to process?
STARS pieces are fulfilled after your order is placed. Our processing time allows us to prepare and submit your order for production and fulfillment while making sure everything is ready before it ships.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at Support@starsapparel.shop. Cancellation requests can only be accepted if your order has not already entered fulfillment or production.
Can I get a refund?
